Hi, we love the rack and it is working great for us and is just what we needed. Derek did a great job coming to our facility and helping us decide what we needed. So in that aspect, we are very pleased with our experience. But just for the sake of telling all the facts…when we received the rack, it was missing some parts and the Pulley. We used a part we found in our shop and it broke, but your team was good about getting them sent to us relatively quickly once we let them know. But it caused some unnecessary downtime. Also, I wish we had the option to pick up the unit our self from Reno. Thank you.

From the PO issue date to the delivery was 35 days. The stairs arrived on 6/18 and were scheduled to be installed on 6/21. I would recommend this to those needing to replace or install new stairs as the units are of heavy-duty construction, the quick drawing approval cycle, and the short delivery time frame. This was outstanding!

We needed a replacement part for one of our top loading arms. Heath Mann was very helpful making sure we would receive our product on time.

The platform we order provides access to top of load on flatbed trucks loading lumber. Safer for the driver to use self-adjusting stair and platform versus climbing on the trailer. My sales person was easy to deal with, had excellent communication, and knowledgeable of the product.

I bought a spare spring for one of my SafeRacks and was able to give a serial number of my unit and knew that I was getting the correct part for it.

Project was to improve safety and ease of access to tops of tankers at an unloading spot. Brad was responsive to questions, helpful in designing a solution that worked for us. The Aluminum Self-Adjusting Stair gangway arrived just a few weeks after we issued a PO.

SafeRack’s Mark Gardner was excellent to work with and he was always willing to help and change where necessary… he was very patient even throughout the 15 rounds of design changes.

The safety gates we ordered will be used for access platforms on multiple tanks and to keep all opening closed for safety while personnel is on the platform. The safety gates are really nice and the versatile mounting options and adjustable opening allow me several options. This safety gate product could be used elsewhere if we ever decide to move it.

Our Track with Swing Gates was delivered quickly and Eric was very helpful and did an awesome job.

This gangway was purchased specifically for a new construction vessel. SafeRack was the only vendor who could meet the specifications required. The job required the gangway to be aluminum and handrails to be collapsible. This feature was provided as requested without any problems. Engineering of the product as well as quality were very acceptable. Delivery of the product was also as expected. We would recommend this product for its quality and capability to provide special requirements.
